Can this control be relocated?

I am a disabled veteran in a wheelchair so I have to rely on friends to take care of this.

My problem is with my alarm box. it is mounted on top of the main cover of the septic and keeps getting knocked down by snow, wind and deer. I want to move it 15 feet and mount it to my foundation what all is involved do I just trench over to house and run wires thru pvc to mount it on my wall

Welcome to the forums.

Anything can be done.
Mounting the control box that way was really a poorly planned idea.
Since the power wiring comes from the house.... there must be some type of conduit already in place.
Is there a basement that can be checked ?

I have my control box mounted to a 4x4 post next to the septic tank access. Doing that might allow you to move the box and use much of the existing wiring.

yes there is a basement
the wires from the pump to alarm are low voltage right?
I'm asking because the guy that installed the whole system was kind of shady he was hired by the seller 6 years ago before we bought house , he has since gone out of business and been sued by several home owners
honestly I don't know why we even have a pump its a down hill slop to our drain field

A pump is often used in difficult soils because the system can more accurately distribute the waste to the leach field lines.

Septic pumps and their control systems are often 120 VAC, not low voltage.
