Pressure tank for well water location

Hello,
I need to have my well pressure tank replaced. My current tank is in a small, block pump house just behind my house. The company who, may, install the new tank has suggested I have the new tank installed inside my house. They said the new tank would last longer inside and it would alleviate the need for heat tape on the pipes in the winter. I know both are correct. I have no basement so the tank would either be installed in the laundry room or near the hot water heater.
I'd like to get other people's take on this. Would all the extra work be worth it? Or do I just install a tank where the old one is now?
Thanks everyone.

I should have explained better. I put heat tape on the pipe coming from the pressure tank just to be safe. No heat tape on the tank its self. I have a deep well so there is no freezing there.

I would bring it into the house just for the reduced problems of freezing. It would be really nice if your well head can be insulated so you can get by without any heat tape.
