home-made outdoor furniture

A couple years ago I had seen a chair, bench and table made out of young sapplings. They were absolutely georgous and I would love to create some of my own for my lawn. Not sure where to begin and am interested in patterns, or some advice of any kind. Many thanks in advance.

My recollection is this involves a lot of pre-work because you have to soak the saplings in hot water to make them bend and not break. You will have to bend them and tie them to a form and let them dry for a week or so, then construct your furniture using the bent parts.

You will also use mainly willow or thicker grape vines.
