Need Black Flexible Machinable Plastic Sheet

I'd like to make a chain guard for my dirt bike and need a black flexible machinable impact resistant plastic sheet, but am not sure what material to use. I'm looking at McMaster-Carr and there are so many options. The plastic must be able to bend to at a 90 degree angle with about a 3" radius.

In order to be bent it's going to need to be a poly vinyl product.

ABS plastic will be a much better material. Watch these videos from TAP Plastics for more information.

(Disclaimer, I have no connection to TAP Plastics, not even as a customer, although they have two stores in my area.)
