Specific adhesive needed for project.

Sorry if this isn't the correct category to post this, but I'm looking for a "polyurathane/construction" adhesive for a project I'm working on. Can anyone tell me what this is and where I might find it?

What are you doing? Many types of adhesives. Some specialty. Liquid nails makes a great first touch adhesive called FuzeIt.

The project I had specifically called for that type of adhesive, so thought I'd better research on what it was or where I could obtain it before attempting to try anything different. Purchased it yesterday, so I should be good to go!

Clamping a small part for drilling

I'm making kind of a bushing and I have to enlarge a hole in a nylon spacer. I did one of two well enough but I damaged my clamps because the spacer spun against the rubber of the clamp. How would you clamp a 3/8" diameter spacer to enlarge the hole? I just tried a small file that I could fit about 2" into the hole but it seemed very slow and it will probably quickly clog the file if it makes any progress at all.

Bought an "AIBA Approved" headgear for competition use. The manufacturer used to sew the "Approved" tag onto the headgear so it wouldn't come off and any official could approve it. This sticker looks like it's coming off with just one training session. Sewing it on would look bad and could have the appearance of a doctoring job. I don't want to have a guy show up and they don't allow the headgear if the stickers coming/came off. Is there any military-grade adhesive that will stick the sticker onto the leather permanently enough to withstand blows to the headgear?
