What's it called?

When I was growing up my mother worked in a plastic forming factory. To deburr the forms she used a little thing that looked like a big Magic Marker, but when you pull the cap off of it there was a little hair thin wire where the felt tip would be, sticking out about 1/2 inch.
When you mash a button on the side the wire heated up (using 1 AA battery in the handle) to glow red. You then run that hot wire over the burrs and melt them off.
I've searched and searched but haven't found anything like it aside from an "electric hot knife", but those are huge. Does anyone know what these pen heater/cutter/deburr thingys are called?

PJMax, you did it! Thank you so much. I've wanted another one of these for years. You made my day.
