Fill the bowl with water up to 1/2 or 1/3 and slowly heat until reaching its boiling point. The water will turn into vapor, which will move through the condenser.
Step 3: Wait until Water Is Gathered in the Collecting Pot
The water vapor will convert back to liquid and gather in the collecting pot.
Keep in mind that distilling water through this method does not eliminate all contaminants from the water. In order to remove some organic compounds from it, you should use a carbon filter.
