Coming in 10- and 12-piece combination packages, Anolon cookware sets range in price from about $300 to $400 depending on the material and number of components. Anolon offers its high quality and very stylish cookware in several series, including Advanced, Nouvelle, Ultra Clad and Chef Clad. The metals used to produce the cookware are chosen for their ability to heat evenly and quickly without creating hot spots or fouling the flavor of food.
Anolon utilizes multiple metals for its cookware, including hard-anodized aluminum, stainless steel and copper. Anodized aluminum cookware features a nonstick interior and a tough, corrosion-resistant outer surface. The Nouvelle copper collection includes an encapsulated copper core to improve heat conductivity. Stainless steel cookware features an inner aluminum disc and is induction-oven safe. Anolon cookware features tempered glass lids with stainless steel handles and is safe in ovens up to 500 degrees.
The 10-piece Chef Clad cookware set includes 1-, 2- and 3-quart saucepans, a 6-quart stockpot and 8- and 10-inch fry pans. All but the skillets come with lids. Other components found in other sets include 1.5-quart saucepans, 3-quart saute pans, 8-quart stockpots and 8.5-inch skillets.
