Emerilware Cookware Sets

Constructed out of a variety of materials, Emerilware cookware sets are available in 10-, 12- and 14-piece packages. Cookware from Emerilware contains a diverse selection of stove top cooking vessels, supplying the home gastronome with all primary components, from multiple saucepans to a tall stockpot. Make delicate sauces, hearty stews and exquisite entrees quickly and without a huge mess to clean up afterward. With nonstick interior components included in the sets, food doesn't cake to the bottom of a pan, nor does a pan require soaking overnight to be cleaned. Simply wash the residue away and get on with the meal.

Material Options

Emerilware utilizes several different materials and crafting methods to create their uniquely styled cookware:

  • Stainless steel
  • Hard-anodized aluminum
  • Hard enamel
  • Enamel-coated cast iron
  • Seasoned cast iron
  • Pro-Clad, tri-ply cookware

Sets are available in pro-clad, stainless steel, anodized aluminum and hard enamel varieties. Emerilware enamel-coated and seasoned cast iron cooking implements are sold in individual units.

Design and Styles

Tri-ply, pro-clad cookware features interior and exterior layers of stainless steel sandwiching an aluminum core. The exterior features a brilliant polish, while the interior is satiny smooth. The aluminum core aids in heat conductivity. Stainless steel and hard enamel cookware also feature an aluminum disc base, which improves heat distribution and overall cooking quality. The cookware features tempered glass lids and cast stainless steel handles that are riveted, while the anodized aluminum set features a 3-layer nonstick coating.

Ten-piece Emerilware sets feature dual 1- to 3-quart saucepans, a 3-quart saute pan and a 6-quart tall stockpot, all with individual lids. All sets feature 8- and 10-inch open fry pans as well. The 12-piece Pro-Clad set includes a durable 6-quart Dutch oven, while the 14-piece stainless steel cookware set includes an additional 2-quart saucepan and 3-quart casserole pan, both with lids. Regardless of the number of pieces, Emerilware provides home gourmets with attractive, efficient cookware in a uniform style that can last for generations.
