Having essential RV supplies can make all the difference. With a well-stocked kitchen at home, the simplest things can be overlooked until you no longer have them available. Here are 4 things to be sure to bring when traveling in your RV.
1. Cutting Board
With kitchen space at a premium, any help is great help as long as it isn't in the way. Having a portable cutting board allows another person to be chopping things at the table or outdoors.
2. Measuring Cups
Even with prepackaged foods, a half a cup of milk or a quarter cup of water is often needed. These are tough measurements to eyeball and can make simple cooking very frustrating. Be sure to have a set of measuring cups and spoons on hand.
This is one of those items which is always overlooked until it is needed. Having a stack of rags around means not staining your nice towels, easy cleaning of dishes, a quick way to wipe down the table and less trash to haul about than using paper towels.
It can be eaten, eliminate mold and mildew, disinfect, deodorized, degrease, take the sting out of insect bites and poison ivy and lots of other things. Having even a small bottle will make life easier.
