You can increase the water pressure in your kitchen faucet by constricting the flow of water. For example, if the faucet head diameter is one-half of an inch, try using a grommet or new flow device to narrow the opening to a quarter-inch. Here you are relying on what is known as the Venturi effect where the constriction of a fluid will increase the pressure within the flow and you can increase the pressure of the flow from your kitchen faucet. You can find new faucet heads at your local plumbing outlet, Home Depot or Lowe's that will do the job. A good faucet head to consider is a pivoting spray model that will help you clean your dishes or sink.
