How to Clean Quartz Kitchen Countertops

What You'll Need
Mild soap (like dish liquid)
Gentle household cleaner (such as 409, Fantastic, or Pine Sol)
Clean Sponge (with a scrub side)
Soft Rag

Quartz kitchen countertops are not only beautiful, but are also stain resistant, which is really important in a kitchen. You can even spill red wine on them and they will not stain. Follow the simple steps below to keep your quartz countertops clean.

Step 1 - Clean Away Spots and Stains

First you will want to remove dried on spills or stains from the surface. As a first step, a sponge with hot will water will loosen it by leaving it sit on top of the spill for a a few minutes. If this does not work, use plain vinegar and the scrub side of your sponge.

Step 2 - Cleaning The Surface

Using a wet sponge and mild soap, wash the countertop to remove all the food particles or any other debris. Rinse well and allow it to dry, or wipe it dry with a soft rag.

Step 3 - Wipe Away Streaks

Quartz will show streaks if you don't remove all of the soapy reside from washing. With household cleaner and a soft cloth, go over the countertops again and rub well to be sure your countertops are shiny and have no film left from the soap.
