What You'll Need
Mesh tape
Finish
Paint brush

Finishing blue board seams with mesh tape is something that you will need to do if you are working with drywall or doing a home improvement project. This is a task that can be done easily within a couple of hours. Here are a few things that you will need, along with some steps that can help you through the process.

Step 1 - Clean

Before beginning the finishing process be sure to clean off the area. You will want to allow the mesh tape to dry after you have cleaned the area off.

Step 2 - Sand

Now that you have cleaned, you will need to sand down the area. While you can use a piece of sand paper by itself to do this, you may also want to consider using a sander to help you out. Evenly sand the entire area and make sure that it is smooth and no longer elevated where you were working.

Step 3 - Apply Finish

Use a paint brush to apply the finish to the area. You will want to do a few coats and then allow it to dry. Leave it for about 24 hours.
