An RV stove cover is an amazing way to give you more counter space. Basically, when you aren't using the stove, you can pull down the RV stove counter and you have an extra surface to use. If you are considering installing one in your RV, here are a few simple steps to follow.
Step 1 - Find the Right Cover
One of the biggest mistakes people make is not finding the right cover for their RV and stove. Check your RV manual before looking for a cover and determine what make and model you have. This way you can find a cover with holes that line up to those in your stove and you don't have to drill them on your own.
Step 2 - Line Up and Screw in
Once you have the correct stove cover, lay the entire thing out flat covering the stove top. Then, locate the holes on the back of the stove. Place the hinges folded so that one side is on the cover and the other is on the stove. Attach the hardware that comes with the cover. Typically you will just be able to use a screwdriver to screw them in. Test the cover to make sure that it folds up properly when you are finished.
