2 Adapter Plates
4 Blum Screws
4 Pan Head Sheet Metal Screws

Installing European hinges on inset doors is something that is not very difficult to do. You will simply need to have the right tools and proper know-how of the subject for you to be able to get it done properly and easily.

Step 1 – Drill Holes

You will need to get the drill to get in through angled holes so that the adapter plate that you have will work properly. Make sure that the adapter that you have will clamp down on the corner of the face frame. This will allow you to have the most accurate drilling of your new screw holes.

Step 2 – Hinge Screws

Whenever you are putting your hinges up you will need to make sure that you have 2 Blum screws for each of your hinges. This will allow them to be able to supply enough support.

Step 3 – Adapter Plate Screws

For each of your adapter plates you will need to make sure that you have 2 of your pan head sheet metal screws for each of them. This is the best way for you to be able to know for sure that your door will work properly.
