A ceiling mount air conditioner may be a good solution for your home or office. There are a couple of different types that may solve your cooling problems.
Behind the Ceiling
If you have “dead” spots in your room where the cooling simply doesn’t reach, then an easy to install ceiling mount air conditioner may work for you. You might also consider this model if you have a server or computer room with special cooling needs, but no floor space for a portable model.
A ceiling air conditioner that hooks into the central system, hides above a standard drop ceiling, and installs into standard duct sizes, can be just the answer for small spaces.
Self Contained Units
These can be installed in home or office “dead” spaces that are untouched by the standard air handling system.
The ceiling mount unit is exposed in the room, blowing directly through a vent rather than through ductwork. It provides 360 degree cool air discharge that evens out the temperature in the room.
The airflow is constant, and is filtered for purity. Some models have extremely low sound production—as low as 27 decibels, in some cases.
