A faux brick panel is not particularly difficult to repair if it gets damaged. It is usually a case of replacing the area that has been damaged with a new faux brick panel. However, if there is only a small amount of damage, for example a little crack in one faux brick, then you can use a caulking gun. This is usually used to fill in gaps around the edges when the faux brick panel is initially installed, but it is equally effective for repairs. If you do have to replace a section of the faux brick panel, make sure the new panel is identical to the old one, otherwise it will look like you have bricked up a window.
