Maintain a Frameless Glass Shower Door
A frameless glass shower door can be a great addition to your bathroom, especially if your shower has been redone in tile and you don't want to hide it behind a shower curtain. A glass door can make your bathroom feel both larger and more attractive, but it needs to be sparkling clean.
Keeping It Sparkling
Your new frameless glass shower door requires more maintenance than a regular curtain from the start. Use a small squeegee to wipe away soap and water drops after every shower.
Prevent Water Stains
Water drops that have settled on glass are nearly impossible to remove. Soap scum and shampoo form tough stains. If you don't squeegee and stains accumulate, use a non-abrasive cream or spray cleaner and scrub your glass gently. If you wait too long, the water stains may never be removed.
Maintenance Is Key
You will soon find out that is is a lot easier to wipe your glass everyday than scrubbing it once a week. Your shower glass door will always look like brand new, and so will your bathroom.
