Make an Eco-Friendly Flea Spray Make an Eco-Friendly Flea Spray
For every person who owns a pet, flea spray is a must have. Pets offer comfort and company but when they are infected with fleas, they are not exactly our best friends. There are some flea sprays that are harmful to humans, the pet, and our environment. This is why people are being encouraged to use natural environment friendly flea sprays.
Spraying your pet alone is not always the end of the flea infestation. You have to make sure that you rid the house of any fleas and then take extreme measures to prevent any more infestation. If you fail to do this, the problem will keep recurring.
Points to Consider
It is important to determine if the problem that your pet is having is really a flea infestation. To identify fleas, check if they have a shiny, hard, and dark brown appearance. They are also quite small. Check behind the ears for fleas. This is the most likely place to have fleas.
Investigate the areas where you suspect the fleas are, especially the sleeping area. Remember as much as you want to rid your pet of fleas, you also want to stop them from coming back as well.
As natural as it may look or sound, it is still a flea spray, so avoid spraying it into your pet’s eyes.
