Your bathroom flooring plays an integral role in the overall look and feel of the bathroom. When you like the flooring in your bathroom, you are going to feel much better about the room. There are a number of different floors that you could install in your bathroom. Here are a few things to consider when replacing your bathroom flooring.

Water Friendly

When choosing a new floor for your bathroom, choose material that is water friendly. Many people choose floors that are not conducive to being around water and end up paying the price for it later. Avoid hardwood, laminate, and carpet in the bathroom. Tile, vinyl, and linoleum make fantastic bathroom floors because of their ability to resist water damage.

Size Constraints

Another factor to consider is the size of the design. Regardless of whether you are putting real tile or a vinyl with a tile pattern in the bathroom, you need to consider the size of the squares. If you have a tiny bathroom, large will not look the best.
