Bathroom remodel in 23 yr old mobile home. Old wallboard was pretty beat up so instead of extensive patching w sheet rock mud ( which I'm not good at). I installed new beadboard paneling over it and painted. Added molding/trim. Painted ceiling. Repaired ceiling vent fan. Installed new vanity & mirror ( purchased from local Habitat ReStore) New flooring tile. Love ceramic, but considering the return on investment ( mobile home). I used laminate tile squares instead. Existing incoming plumbing for sink didn't line up with new vanity/sink (which was smaller) so I lined up the new vanity in desired place and built a box between it and wall to accommodate the plumbing. This also created a small counter space. Added new wall shelves and shower curtain.
