Built from plans originally published in Woodsmith magazine number 127. It is built with quarter sawn white oak and features a drawer with a hidden read compartment. The spindles on the sides are not individually tenon and mortised but rather a mortise strip is incorporated. Remainder of construction is mortise and tenon. Finish is Min-wax stain and satin wipe on poly.
