Distressed headboard

Member • New Bethlehem, PA

The Distressing process was one that I stained the wood a dark brown and then painted the wood white. I quickly scraped off the white paint with a drywall knife. After all the pieces dried. I then built the headboard. After it was built I took a piece is metal that was jagged. I use it for processes like this all the time. I hit the corners of the headboard and some across the front. Then I added the lights.

The lighting is not the best.
