We purchased our home about 13 years ago and it took forever for us to decide to change the facade and re-roof the home (a leaky roof also brought quite the reality check:-). Before our house was the ugliest on the block. It was a fleshy pink with hunter green accents. I at least painted the accent color white shortly after moving in. A couple of years ago we decided that it was time for a major update. We chose a dark (almost black) green with a creamy white accent and chose a dark slate grey for the shingle color. Thankfully my husband is a former roofer and was able with the help of a pal to do the roof himself. I helped with the painting and landscaping. We couldn't be happier!!!

I can't really remember the total cost of this but You will need a quality exterior primer and paint The shingles are Timberline
